5.4L from a Ford GT, upgraded supercharger (possible KB), TR-6060 from a GT500, exhaust to make it should like a stock GT and electric cutouts, widened stock rear rims to fit some wider tires, GT500 suspension, and any other supporting mods necessary.

Sell the mustang and pick up a used Mercedes SL65 AMG.
don't waste your money. my neighbor has one and a close f riend of mine used to have one. It's fast but its heavy and no one even knows what the 65 means and why it differs from the 500 lol. Long story short my friends dad ended up trading it in for an SLR and then wound up trading that in for a carerra gt and now has a Ferrari 599GTB and Maserati MC12. For the 100,000 i'd probably go with a porsche turbo

I'd get all forged internals, cams, a big bore kenne bell S/C, and turn the boost WAY UP! Better fuel system also. Then with the leftover money I would buy the new 07 Shelby Cobra and beef it up too.

I'd put a 1963 Ford 427, with 2 4bbl's and all the goodies in it. Then add a 9' rear with some nice 3.90 gears........

This is not in any particular order, nor does it have to be if I had $100,000 to spend...black 20" rims (11" rears for some fatty tires), redo the entire suspension, probably with a watts-link, bore the engine to a 302, forged internals, stage 2 heads and cams, KB supercharger and intercooler, ARH longtube headers, 1,500 watt system with two 10" subs, SCT livewire, new clutch and tranny, aluminum driveshaft, bigger thottle bottle, delete plates, and a beryllium paintjob from Saleen!...wow that might actually be close to $100,000! Im fcuked lol

I would take the the05 GTapart and sell everything on ebay except the frame, body kit pieces bumpers , doors etcand badges. ThenI woulduse the 100 grand and buy IDENTICAL Shelby super snake parts to make my car 720 horses crank with over 600 torque:P Put the GT badges back on the clone supersnake and pull up to 350Z's. BEST SLEEPER EVER

If you want to just replace whats under the hood, get a v12 engine and twin turbo it. Put in an AirRaid intake, change all the tubes, put some Royal purple in, replace the drive train tho first lol. So many things to do but your better off buying a supersnake cause no matter how much $ you put into a production car you wont see a dime back.

By the way... I dont have $100,000 to spend. I basically said that to get some advice on some cool parts... I am JUST getting into the auto business and really know very little about the subject... Lets say I have $2000 to spend... What would you spend that on? And don't say turbo or supercharger please @_@ Though I did talk to my friend about putting 2 turbos on where the fog lights are...That would take a LOT of fabrication and heat reflective $tuff. So yeah... $2000 to spend... What do you do to a stock 2005 Mustang GT?

Ok with $2000, I would go full exhaust (Longtubes, midpipe, axleback) then CAI/tune..this will be about 2500ish but worth it...oh and make sure to get a custom dyno tune with these mods...you will sound super nice and feel a HUGE improvement in speed and throttle response!
