looking for a good car cover. currently have a cheap one from checkers, Budge. after a few months it is breaking down, it is blue and now when i take it off all this blue dust is all over the car. i'm looking for one w/ water proof, sun guard, and will stay on the car well in wind bc it stays outside weekdays and i drive it on weekends, i drive a truck to and from work. suggestions anyone?

There's a good chart on Autogeek.net. Such look for what coverage you need on the chart:
http://www.autogeek.net/carcovers.html

I'm using a cover with the Mustang logo that I think I got from Ford. I really should get the Dustop cover as I get so much dust (industrial, car emmisions, etc) here in the city.

Loks like you could get the Noah for a reasonable price. If fit is that imprtant be sure to get one custom fit to your mustang. I checked and it would be $219. It didn't say if it comes with a locking cable, which you will need.
