Has anyone with vinyl stripes and a hoodscoop experience anissues with the stripes starting to wrinkle under the hoodscoop? I noticed a very small one beginning to form and am looking for a way to prevent this from happening elsewhere around the scoop. Having them removed or painted on are not options.

I had the same issue with my stripes. It just kept getting worse so I finally just had them replaced.

ME!!! I have this problem it is not TOO bad. so far its okay it has not spread anywhere else except for the lower left corner of the scoop. btw mdg I like your car looks like mine.. great minds think alike Where in VA do you live? I havent seen you if you live near Northern VA

Jito007 - I'm in North Springfield (Annandale)just inside the beltway. Yeah, I can notice a hairline ripple near the base of the scoop. I think it would have been best if they cut an outline around the scoop instead if striping an inch or so under neath it.
