for the compliment. i joined bc we just bought my mom an 08 black gt/cs and wanted to learn a bit more and see what our options were for some stuff for her. figured i might have gotten flamed here with my s/n and sig but thought i would stay true. so far noone has bashed, that shows me this is a well organized forum with ppl with repect for all types of cars. and for that, i thank you guys. you can click my signature to view my fquick (like a cardomain)

What exactly do you guys use techron for?
My dad is a safety engineer at ExxonMobil and he says additives are only needed if you use low-quality gasoline as they have worse additive packages and aren't refined to the same high standards as some like shell and exxon

Chevron Techtron.http://www.chevron.com/products/prod...techback.shtml ..It's a very popular fuel system cleaner. It got its fame mostly b/c people found out when they paid top dollar to a shop to "clean their fuel injectors" and such, the shop was merely putting this stuff in to the tank. It took off as poeple figured that if it was good enough for the dealers and local shops it was good enough for them.
