At idle? At a particular speed? All the time? Over bumps? Sitting still? Going uphill? Downhill? (...fingers getting tired...). No wonder the stealership can't figure it out.

More info!

Definately need more info. But u could look at the left rear muffler to see if the hanger is hitting the muffler bracket.

Mostly over small-large bumps.....Sounds too high to be exhaust....When I took it to the dealership the one time they put a new bushing on the shock but that didnt do it so that eliminates that....

i started getting this after i installed my axle backs. The hanger is a tad too long and it rattles off the rear of the car. Dremel with a cutting wheel should do the trick. what exhaust are you running?

see if that doesnt get rid of the noise. also, try grabbing the tip and pushing it back and forth.

Good info guys, but i have a question that is similar. Mine makes noises going over bumps and stuff like that, but it also makes a slight rattle when i am coasting downhill. It is apretty mild noise and doesnt even bother me, but if it is aneasy fix, why not? I will check out the muffler rattling and i have already check on my lcas and they are nice and tight. Has anyone else had probs with rattles while coasting? if so how did u fix it.
