I installed my kooks yesterday and now over hard bumps Im getting a rattling noise. Just wondering if anyone else has ran into this its raining here so cant get under the car til tomorrow.

 

I haven't had any problems since my install almost a year ago. Could be a cat is hitting one of the heat shields. You can easily bend those out of the way. Or could be one of the over the axle pipes hitting the axle or the muffler tip hitting the rear fascia. Just need to get under there and start shaking things around until you find it.

 

I had the same prob. but when i installed my mid-pipe it turned out my high flow cats were hitting heat shields. So i just bent the heat shield and now all is good .

 

I figured out what it was my where my over axle pipe connect to the x pipe the clamp had loosened up so I just tightened it and its good now. Thanks guys
