My a/f is in the normal range, but at steady throttle it jumps around quite a bit which leads me to think it has something to do with the TPS.
It is going in tomorow (tuesday) to get on the dyno and figure out wtf is wrong. Hopefully it is something simple but we'll see. Ill keep you updated.
If anyone else has any ideas chime in, ill throw that at the tuner and have him check because I told him verbally the problem and he has no idea what it could be. FIgure if i go in there knowing the problem we can get it fixed quick.

getting on the dyno wont solve any problems. When your Primary o2 sensor (bank 1) goes out, it will make the car act funny. You seem to have a problem with closed loop operation, which is clearly the bank1's problem. (cruising/part throttle). Replace the primary sensor and see if the problem goes away. I'm 90% sure its the problem cuz i dont know the rest of your setup and whether or not its properly tuned.
WOT is fine b/c when u go WOT, ecu runs in open loop, it ignores the primary sensor readings and runs on the built in maps tuned for open loop. Closed loop depends on primary's readings to keep a/f at 14.7. Since the sensor is pooped, it wont run right.

So basically I should try getting a new o2 sensor? Because you hit the nail on the head with the problem, lol.
