+1 on what blackhorse05 has to say.
I think this pushed Saleen way out if front of the other SC mfg's.

thats funny sactown. i do beleive that this will hurt the competition, and most likeky cause them to change a few things as well. but not only will this complete the saleen s/c blower look, but it will def give it an edge in performance.and with a awesome new sound

Nice looking. However, it looks like it'll be a problem with water getting into the engine compartment around the scoop, no?

You guys really need to grow up. I never cared how much power the whipple made. It was a more complete package and looked better under the hood. Still looks better to me. If anything it looks worse now with the hood up. The scoop looks cool though. I seriously doubt whipple or KB is going to change their blowers. It does sound cool, can't wait to hear a drive buy video, i'm sure brenspeed will have one up soon.

Blackhorse, I will probably never run 20psi on the street because I don't want to run race gas all the time. If I can't get the power on pump gas then I don't want it. If I were to make this a track only car then maybe. How many cars on here are pushing 20-25psi? Very, very few i'd imagine.

What's the worse that could happen in a down pour? Warped heads?

They don't have pricing yet, but they are guessing for an upgrade to a 05-07 SC between 1500 and 2k. I am on the list for purchase when they become available.

Is that the stock throttle body or does itcome with a gt500? How does it seal to the air intake tube? That is an interesting piece of engineering, no doubt.

We were just excited is all Moosetang...I am on the fence now between the Whipple and this new Saleen blower. It depends on the price and how much the new hood will cost.
