The RoushCharger is a roots design, and therefore isn't as good as a twin screw. I say its still a viable option because of how much you can buy it for from your friend.

Whipple/KB/Saleen make the best positive displacement superchargers for our cars.

Well06Saleen3V is probably right. Not trashing the Roush but it is at the low end for SC upgrades, if you don't want to spend the $$and geta good SC, buy some NOS and save your money.

The Roush whines the loudest by far. 90ci roots charger spinning at some damn high speeds (Roush's new pulley is under 3")

Calm down acdc...it is true that the Roush blower is on the low side for performance for our cars, would you not agree? Facts are facts and the root style blower is not as efficient or powerful as the twin screw applications...
