Can you remove and swap the heads with the cams and everything else still assembled? I'd assume you can and just need to remove the timing chains.

I think I am going to order a forged rotating assembly when I boost. NA is obvioulsy not worth the money. Since I'll be paying a mechanic to put my 4.10's and clutch in,better to take another day and forge her. What good is money in your pocket anyway.

Stock block to handle 700+? I dont think so.... I dunno anyone running over 550rwhp in a stock block.... Is this true tho? I highly doubt it is capable of 700RWHP

I wonder what the difference in labour is between internals, or short block swap? The difference in price is about $1000 for internals vs short block.

What i'd like to know is, is it even worth it to buy a forged rotating assembly and have it installed in your stock block or is buying a built short block a better idea cost wise. For the cost of a MMR built short block it doesn't make much sense to buy everything seperate. I'm assuming of course the mmr internals are worth a poo.

The MMR internals listed are the same ones most use.

I forget which magazine it was in, MMFF i think, but i read an article where they compared a Kenne Bell vs Procharger on 2 otherwise stock GT's. They were both putting out just over 500rwhp on stock bottom ends.
