Have you tried recalibrating the throttle? Turn ignition on but no motor, push down gas pedal for 5 seconds(at the end of the 5 seconds you should be all the way down), release for 5 seconds (at the end of 5 seconds you should be completely off the throttle).

would the 02s have to do with the forced Idle code.
I checked more in depth of it and it only displays whenever the pcm has to step in and add voltage to the TPS to give the correct reading for idle.
I took care of the code by clearing it, and it hasnt come back.
all voltages (ignition, start, idle, and wot) on the TPS are as they should be.
The sensor is a couple months old, but seems to be functioning correctly.
the only other thing left I can tell is the pcm.

update:

car is going to the dealership to be hooked up to the big computer to check in depth...

ill let yall know what we find out.
