No i dont think so. The last one I saw was 360 RWHP.
I never said easy 400whp with just a stroker. Way to twist a quote to prove your point. I said you need all 3 mods to get to that number.

JDM did a 298ci stroker on a bolt-on motor with LTs, mid pipe, UDPs, delete plates, CAI and tune and they got 358whp on stock cams. They eluded to easy 400whp in the article in MM&FF.

Brenspeed says +35whp with stage 3 cams and full bolt-ons and tune.

BBRheads with oversized valves will net 30+whp.

So 358 + 35 + 30 = 423 so take away 23whp for using them in combo and you get an easy 400whp.

It can be done and still be streetable but its expensive. I didn't say it would be as cheap as a blower.
