Anyone using the Borla Headers and X pipe? How's the quality, sound, etc?
The reason I am asking is because last weekend I went to a Big Brand Tire grand opening and as it turns out, I won a 50% off any Borla exhaust system up to $4000. Borla wasn't my first choice for headers but if it saves me a bunch, what the hell.

I put Borla stainlessheaders on my Super Duty with a V-10. They went on in about 8 hours with some cussing. The fit was right on, and they increased power, but with more noise. I used a Flowmaster muffler, so I don't know about Borla's mufflers.

 

I just put a post in the general 2005-2008 mustang section about these. Im wondering the samething.

 

I've seen alot of threads brought up about the borla headers, and not one single replyfrom someone who had themfor a good 7 months.

 

I have the same post on another forum and its pretty much the same thing. I know people love the Stingers but I know nothing else about their other parts.

 

Im sure there really good. If you go to lethalperformance.com and look at them they comes as a kit. Borla longtubes with the borla midpipe. Borla makes really good quality parts. If you get them let me know.

 

Lethal gives you more info than Borla. 1-3/4 primaries, locking bolts, gaskets. I'm starting to get interested... I gotta do my rearend first (going bad), then exhaust.
