Hesitating when cold

Hesitating when cold
Hey guys,
I posted about this a while ago and just never got it fixed. When my car is cold (currently the weather has been between 20-50 degrees here lately) and I try to drive without letting it warm up for about ten minutes, I get a hesitation. I'd try to accelerate and the car would just hesistate. I have fresh O2 sensors in and a new tune (tried multiple ones). This usually happens for a few seconds when I switch gears but after a few seconds of doing it it will stop if I'm in the same gear. It usually lasts for about 10-15 minutes or until the car warms up depending on the weather. I do have a boost gauge in this time and I did notice that when this happens, the vacuum drops really close to zero or is on zero, kind of like it wants to go into boost. Does anyone have any similar problems or know what could be causing this?

RE: Hesitating when cold
You have HT0's in the car, don't you? The plugs aren't warmed up yet.. It's one of the side effects no one told you about that happens when you switch a heat range down in plugs.. Just let her sit and idle for a few minutes to warm the plugs up and you should be fine.

Well we did have HT0's in it but then we switched to Brisk because of a recommendation (which I guess was false since they actually are not one heat range colder?) The car does run rich IMO though so I have to have my tuner check it out again. I get about 11.4 MPG avg and the exhaust smells bad but it's been like that since I took off the cats. What do you guys think?
I should be able to start the car then get on my way with no problems even when cold correct? I've never heard of normal cars having similar issues. I know it's good to let the car warm up but sometimes I cant...

Brisk? I'm unfamiliar with those..
The factory plugs are HT1. HT0 is one heat range down.. Any time you go a heat range down from stock, the plugs will take longer to heat up, which will cause you issues in the combustion chamber.
Red - it must be REALLY cold where you live.. Let it sit for a minute or two longer before driving it..
