Launch control
I dont know if its coincidence or what.
I would say im really good at launching my car.
but
today one of my Friends told me that he read somewhere my car has launch control. you leave traction On( lights not on)
drop the clutch at 3200 and it will just goo.
I tryed it and it actually launched and went with minimal wheel spin.
i tryed it twice just in case worked both times.
then i tryed the same thing but this time with traction off ( light on)
and it kept spinning till red line then went.
And niether times did the traction light kick in at all.
Is this true do our cars have launch control.
And niether times did the traction light kick in at all.
because i think its a good way of street launching.
but if i am at the track ill stick to feathering it out around 4800rpms
I would say im really good at launching my car.

RE: Launch control
Our cars do not have any sort of launch control. If we had launch control, you'd be able to just keep your foot planted and it would hold at 3200rpm or whatever is the predetermine launch rpm.
