what is a good list for a daily driver full bolt ons mod list?
something that will run a solid 1/4 mile time as well as a reliable D/D,
auto btw.

love the auto...don't care what anyone sezzzzzz.

I have a limited suspension setup, but it has performed very well for me. I have a BMR Rear Sway, BMR Panhard Bar and Brace, BMR LCAs, and CHE K-member brace. Just those mods have done wonders for everyday handling and launching.


I have everything Mike listed except the O/R pipe. I have a alum driveshaft, that I haven't installed yet.

Another note, the only mod I didn't install myself was the 4.10s, but I had a friend do them for cheap. If you have someone else do all the install, it can get pricey real quick.

On a well-prepped standard track I will run high 12 also.

My 07 is my daily driver. My mods are listed in my sig. As long as my car is my daily, the only thing I want to add to it is a one piece Driveshaft, and some wider and better rubber. Before I added the headers, I was pulling high 12.7's. I haven't run it since the headers, but my buddy has an 06 GTO with a canned predator tune in it, and I put his nose at my back tires from 0-110.

Add a torque converter to that list and you will be haulin ***! Even if you go with a lower stall speed like 3200rpm you will knock almost a half second off your 1/4 mile times. Just make sure you get a good one.

I have the Steeda CAI with 93 brenspeed tune, hurst short throw shifter and 4.10's and I am very happy with the feeling of my launch. I can easily throw the passenger back in his seat from 2nd to 3rd, etc.

Only suspension is Elelbrock strut tower brace, Roush springs and Koni struts/shocks. My next addition will be a CHE K-member brack with torque limiters. Stock 17" rims/tires.

Since I'm making a list, appearance mods include custom paint, CDC Classic chin, headlight splitters and sequentail tail lights.

As far as the list, there arent too many bolt ons that you can go with for a DD...for DD, i wouldnt put 4.10s in...

I would do what i have above, and then add an aluminum driveshaft and some bigger tires...

Dont forget about the exhaust!!

i was thinkin 4.10's wouldnt be great for a DD either, but i guess if you were in traffic the whole time it wouldnt be bad, what kinda rpms yall turn at about 60-65 in fifth with 4.10's?

these cars come with what 3.55's?

Is your car a five speed or auto. 5 speeds come with 3.55's and autos come with 3.31's.
