Default check engine light and code questions

As many of you know, I recently got the full exhaust change (loud mouth,LT,xpipe w/cats, cai)done to my 07 GT. Since then, whenever I really get into the throttle, the check engine light will start flashing and sometimes stop and go awaywhile other times it will stop flashingbut stay on. Each time when I checked with my diablo, it says the trouble codes are cylinder misfires (300, 301, 305, etc) but I'm not really noticing anything. One time I noticed a little hesitation but that was it. Anyone have any ideas? The place that didthe worksaid it could be my plugs but when they looked everything was fine but they could change them to see if it helped. Anyone have any ideas?

+1 to this. "Close enough" is not close enough on the tune when it comes to the MAf Transfer function and the switching points withthe O2 sensors on the longtubes that have been relocated or turned off. Whats the exaust look like? Black or white smoke to it?

Not really noticing any white or black smoke. One thing the shop told me is that it took them awhile to get the predator in line with the rest of the exhaust setup. They said it was almost like the predator wasn't setup for that particular type of package. They (the shop) usually works with the Xcal. I'm wondering if I need to go with an Xcal and have it redynoed? Thing is is I hate paying more money for something I may not need.
