I don't know. I have used it to clean the MAP sensor in my Jeep. It dries quickly without leaving a residue.

 

A Ford tech on here said that's what Ford uses. MAF cleaner is probably just brake cleaner only $2 more expensive.

I've cleaned it half a dozen times.

I have the same problem though. I thought it was because of my GT40 pumps. It must be something in the tune that after a while it learns something weird?

 

Well i'm not going to try and reload my tune. The ford racing procal tool takes forever to upload the tune. I'm sure it takes just as long to reload the stock tune.

I worked a short day today because of Easter so i'll let you know tomorrow afternoon if it does the stumble after sitting for 10 hours.

 

Must be a Whipple thing.

Mine also has the weak cold startup but starts with a vengence for the rest of the day. I noticed this right after installing the MAC's - coincodence?

 

its not only with whipples i have the c&l racer intake with the diablosport predator and pullies it didnt do it for about a month then all of a sudden it started bogging at a cold start if i left the car off for a long time it did it other than that it didnt i just put on the steeda cmdp's and when its cold i have to crank it like 2 or 3 times then it starts crappy that only happens when i first start the car after it being off for a long time 10+ hours ive only hadthe plates for two day but it has done it both days and before i had them i was going to start athread about this but saw someone was having the same problem

Similar to the OP's, my car had the same tune for about ayear & would startup with authority whether warm/cold. Then, all of a sudden... but mine was noticed directly after the axle back mod. My tune has been cleared & re-downloaded a couple of times but hasn't fixed it.
