Default lug torque specs?

Hi. I just purchased a set of bullitt motorsport wheels. I don't know much about wheels, and I plan on putting these on tomorrow. I think the owners manual says to torque the factory wheels to 100. Do I torque these new wheels with those specs or should it be different for aftermarket wheels? thanks guy/gals.

I will be using new lug nuts, unless the old ones fit. Is that what will make the difference?

well all i can really say is, if you
were resusing the old nuts, then the
torque would probably be the same
