Default tci 3000 and a supercharger

Would a TCi 3000 TC be a good or bad stall for a Saleen putting down 470rwhp?

From what I ve read you would rather have a tq convertor that is a multi disc lock up not the tci streetfighter. it is a single disc and some guys have had problems with it slipping out or not locking up good. You haveother choicesfor a few hundred more. They will take time off your qtr mile but Might be a little much for street driving. PI and tci sell upgraded stall convertors and level 10 sells a transmission and or trans. kit for the 55s5 trans.
hope you find out some more info.

Ive heard the street fighter does well...I know of a couple of guys on the forums running around that range in hp using the street fighters.

I wouldn't put that POS TCI torque converter in a supercharged automatic Stang. They frequently unlock and I have seen several fail.
Buy a PI or Level 10 converter if you will be pushing that much power.

I have this set-up and so far it's worked pretty well. There are better ones but for my purposes it worked out well. Figured if I need to I'll upgrade later on.
