Whipple Dyno results.
I'll get the graph posted later.
Went to the local dyno shop today, and found out Justin's tune was bang on. A/F was flat at 11.8-12, timing at about 18* up top, 16* low-mid RPM. The thing is, that rattle is still there between 2000-3000 RPM. We tested with an A/F of 11.0 and timing at 11* to see if we could get rid of that "knock" at low RPM, and we could still hear it, making me think that its not knock.
A couple times the knock sensors did pick something up right around 2500 RPM and pulled some timing for a second......but they sure don't hear it as much as I do. We also tried hooking up some listening ears to the motor mount, and the tuner couldn't hear anything strange right from the engine itself. Perhaps something else is rattling that I can't pinpoint.
Justin's tune made 387hp, 410 ft-lbs. 8psig, on a Mustang Dyno. Didn't go higher then 6000RPM, just to see a couple extra hp.
We ended up fattening up the A/F a bit (11.3) by increasing fuel 4% WOT and made 377hp, 397 ft-lbs. I am probably going to get Justin to take out another 2* 2000-4000 RPM, and only fatten up 2% WOT over his tune. Then I might throw on the 3.375" pulley and try to throw a rod (hahahaha). The 3.375" pulley should add another 30hp approx......so I'll be pushing about 420rwhp on 10psi (gauge)
FYI, atmospheric pressure here (3500ft) is about 1.2 psi less then Sea Level. Technically, this means the Whipple is making a 9 psi differential, meaning if I drove to the ocean, I would see about 9psi with the 3.625" pulley.

RE: Whipple Dyno results.
While I would not bet on it's overall accuracy, the aeroforce gauge showed a 35hp difference between the two pulleys on my car.
What other mods do you have? I'm wondering if there's something else that caused the rattle.

RE: Whipple Dyno results.
The only other thing I can think that rattles....is the AN hose clamps for the PCV system. I've taped them up before and didn't notice a difference, but that was when my car was knocking with Justin's first tune.

ok it looks like the kit and the install
check out good.
the rattle is annoying me, let's get rid
of it......[8D]
if it wasn't there pre whipple, why is
