Oh geez, I just ordered some boomtubes and I'm excited. Why oh why can't they just automatically be there same day?! Anyway..

Just thought I'd share... cuz I don't know anywhere else I *might* find someone else who could understand the excitement.

My other option was the frpp stingers but it just didn't sound as... throaty... as I was looking for. But the loudmouths were just too much "noise" and not enough rumble and tone. All over youtube, of course.

I hope you didn't judge them from movie clips online? I bought my GT with the stingers on it and since then I've had three differ exhaust setups (include pypes mid-mufflers) and guess what exhaust setup I ended up with? The Stingers! In person I think they sound deeper (I'm running o/r h-pipe too)

I will say I haven't heard boomtubes in person yet, interested to see how they sound. I agree the loudmouths are obnoxious with cats...hate to hear them with o/r...

Good luck either way and I know the feeling of knowing new parts are coming in the mail!!!!

I was pretty excited to. Then when they came a loose weld was inside bouncing around that I couldn't get out. As you can imagine I was thrilled after that.

Got another set on the way though. Hopefully better luck next time.

Ah thats a bummer, good luck on your next one... as for myself, I had to cancel my order and place it somewhere else apparently the original place was out of stock. I think my hopes of install this weekend are shot =)

Id say the stingers are more throaty than the booms,jmo.

Let us know how youlike them once they are installed, I just installed the Borla Stingers on mine and really like them (they could bea bit louder)

I installed my Boomtubes on Saturday...you'll love em. If you ordered from Ninosport, they'll give you a tracking #. Mine shipped same day I ordered and arrived on 2nd business day.
