I'm ready to purchase my tuner, but I'mnot really sure what brand to go with. I'm leaning towards the Diablosport, but I wanted to her from people who have already purchased other tuners what they thought. I'm just not sure if one brand has better features than thoe others.

I have a Diablosport, but from what I've seen SCT tuners are more widely supported by tuners.

xcal 2 all the way. not to familiar with the programs on the diablosport. but i know the features on the xcal 2 or new 3 model are great. esp the live wire part. either way you go you will be happy. our cars from ford are not anywhere near where they could be. puttin cai and adding a good tune brings them to life. totally diff animal tuned. you will not be dissapointed either way you go.

Are you intending on getting dyno'd? If so, check with whomever will do the dyno to see which tuner he supports. Otherwise,either XCAL and Diablosport. I have no experience with Diablo, just the XCAL.

A "tuner" is a person that specializes in tuning modified cars.
What you are referring to is a hand-held flash device. It is not called a tuner whether it is made by Diablosport or Superchips Technologies.

+1 on Nuke. Except I have the DiabloSport Predator.

BTW, you never mention if you are auto or manual - supposedly (but I do not really know cause I am manual), BamaChips, which supports the Predator, has better tunes for autos.

Oh yeah, say it out loud - DiabloSport Predator - just sounds cool.

I really like my Xcal2. And, it was the only one my tuner supported so i was kinda forced. But, I am very happy with it

Check with your local shops see what they recommend. At some point you might want to use one of them for something and it would suck if they didn't support your tuner.

SCT Xcal2 or Predator... but it really depends on the tunes you have put on the device... (Bama vs. Brenspeed). I went with Bama on an Xcal2and have never been happier but people say the same about Brenspeed. Either way, those are two places to go to for tunes.
