Whats the torq specs on the wheels for are cars?

service manual says 98 ft-lbs
haynes manual say 100 ft-lbs

In an emergency and for future reference,Every car I have ever seen with aluminum wheels from the factory is 100 ft lbs.I'm sure that there are some with different specs but this is what I have observed.

Do you actually have to torque them to 100lb? I just tighten them until they are tight enough!
Hell I didn't even use a torque wrench to torque down the manifolds bolts after my cmdps install.
I should be fine, right?

I use a torque wrench to achieve the exact torque of 100FT pounds. Also, torque in the star pattern.This providespeace of mind for me.

I also don't use a torque wrench for the lug nuts. I just go in a star pattern until they are tight.
