Default Eibach Pro Kit install

Is it possible for me to lower my mustang without having a strut spring compressor, i lowered my 03 without one by using a floor jack. I was wondering if there was instructions or a video outthere of a mustang being lowered without using a spring compressor. I saw tacobilss instructions but he used a spring compressor, I do not own one and want to do it myself. Thanks for any help!

Personally, I'd advise against using a floor jack instead of a spring compressor. WAY too risky in my opinion, you could be seriously injured if something went wrong. You can usually rent spring compressor's from autopart retailers for a reasonable price.

Major chains like Advanced Auto Parts will charge your card for the price of the compressors, then refund it when you bring it back. The rental is totally free once you return the tool. The only way to avoid the compressor is buy new struts as you won't need to compress the Eibach Pro Kit to install due to how short they are. Good Luck!!!!!
