At least he didn't have a hood like this 350z: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibG7N-CGa3U

LOL!
Maybe he as a 8-71 under there lol

If so I think he installed it crooked!

Notice how the scoop is angled DOWN along with the angle of his hood.

... out of politeness I decide to turn around and give him a short wave.
He keeps looking straight ahead ignoring me ...
Maybe he had the ghey for you, until he saw your face.

Just kidding.

It sickens me to see mustangs riced out with graphics or every lil' stick on "bling" or fake vents that autozone sells plastered all down the side... what is even worse is the sixers that stick GT or Cobra emblems on the side, or better yet when they slap dual exhaust on and think they are fooling someone...
That hood scoop is functional, right? [sm=icon_stickpoke.gif]

Are you asking me? About the riced out 350Z's fake blower? Or are you trying to take a stab at me with my hood which has a COWL on it not a scoop, and if that's what your referencing about I'm not sure how a cowl would be considered "functional" unless you had an oversized intake or whipple... even then its notconsidered to have functionality to it other than covering up the engine...either way what are you talking about? Is your hood functional? as in does the SCOOPS actually direct air into the intake?

Yeah I thought it was pretty funny that these guys are talking about how that nissan is riced out, yet look at what they're driving. You can hear the fart can and see that huge ugly wing. Of course the nissan was more riced though.

Ah, kinda looked like a scoop (or scope was it?) from your sig pic, my bad. I'm all for doing what you like w/ your ride to a point, not a big fan of up-badging or the ricer vents and what-not. It just irks me when guys go on a tirade about stuff like this (badges, ricer parts, etc.) and then show pics of thier ride w/ non-functional stick on hood/side scoops...not that there's anything wrong w/ that, I've got a set of GT/CS side scoops on order. You know, people that live in glass houses and all that. As for my hood, I guess technically it would be functional since cool air comes in and I've got a JLT II CAI, dunno if that counts or not.
