OP - what would make driving more enjoyable? For that chick in your sig to be riding in the car.. And I don't necessarily mean riding one of the seats, either..

Theres only one way he could get her...move to the UK and become a pro rugby or football (Soccer) player, all she seems to date. She is from my home town. Used to live near each other played together as kids. She is called Gemma Atkinson. Rather well known here in the UK.

If you don't want more HP, but want more driving fun, then I say get gears.
It doesn't increase HP, but you feel the HP you have = FUN!

Though I still advocate a CAI and tune.

You say that you do not care about the power but I am sure a lot if us Mustang owners have said we will not want all the power involved with certain mods. I was happy with the car when I first bought it but then when you get beat by some rice burner it really makes you rethink your mods. So I decided to go for the gold with the Whipple HO. I am sure I will will want more as soon as I get some low end mods for the engine.
But you will be happy with the tunes and CAI. Enjoy it while you can afford the gas.

I really like my CAI/TUNE after a few weeks after having it. I didn't appreciate it at first because I was expecting too much out of it,but after driving it for awhile and thinking back to how it felt when it was pure stock- it's so much more fun to drive now!~
Having it shift @6k makes a noticable difference in the auto...

Pretty certain the CAI/Tuner will do something you like to the driving experience.
I'd have a difficult time choosing, if I were to start all over again, between that and new springs. A simple one-inch/1.25-inch drop (Steeda Sport springs, for example) will lower the center of gravity appreciably, result in better cornering and lane-changing (don't laugh! It's true!) and improve the look of the car in your vision and in your mind's eye when you're not looking at it or driving it.
Tough choice, but I'm sure you can do it ...
