Aside from the blower, it was the most worthwhile performance mod I did to the car.

It's Mustang 101. Just do it.

What they all said above...

Besides forced induction and nitrous, the CAI & tune combo is probably the biggest bang-for-the-buck and easy for anyone to install themselves. Figure on about 15-25 RWHP depending on the tune, octane, etc.. Definately will give you (more) wood.

View the combos on the brenspeed website and feel free to contact them (or any of the other decent vendors... Bama, Evolution, VMP). They'll answer all your questions.

Thanks guys, I was thinking about getting the c&l with x-cal 2 since it seems to be thecombo Brenspeed recommends but I will probably wait until I get my Stimulus check. In the meantime I will probably just get a Hurst shifter, I like the old school look. Do you guys prefer another shifter?

Well I was just looking at my budget and it looks like my check on 7/18 is one of my "extra checks" for the year so I will have around $1000 to spend on the mustang. I will probably get the c&l with x-cal 2 and the Hurst shifter then take it easy on the spending for awhile.....but I sure could use some window tint
