Default BETTER INPUT SHAFT???

Not for my current car, but I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone who Makes a better input shaft for the s197 GT....the guy who bought my tribute car with the saleen etc ....snapped the input shaft...he had it replaced with stock one from Ford again...but I was curious if anyone knows of a stronger one that he can buy so it does not happen again...I have heard where others have snapped their input shafts as well and was curious what they have done...I just want to help this guy and steer him in the right direction if it can be done..THX

Pro Motion makes a 26 spline input shaft for the S197 GT, but you would have to switch to a clutch that works with a 26 spline shaft as well. I considered going this route when I did my clutch, but the lead time for the Pro Motion input shaft was like 4 weeks back then, and I didn't have that much time.
