I would think it is probably in the tune.

I didnt know Ford made a tune for the Auto at 10psi, I thought that kit only went to 7psi?

Just my opinion but from what I have read your trans is on borrowed time, unless that replacement input shaft has come out. I dont follow auto's so pardon my ignorance if it has.

I am considering dropping from the 3.5" pulley (about 10 psi) to the 3.250 pulley, boosting it up to 12 psi. Anyone have one laying around? lol.

3.25" would put you near 14 psi. What you need is a gen 1 10psi pulley (3.375") which will put you near 12psi on your gen II.

This is a great thread......it reinforces my original thoughts that Whipples are awesome for our cars.....

Maybe one day I'll get a nice little pink powder-coated addition for mine.

I might be willing to trade my 3.375 for your 3.5.

PM me.

10,000 miles with my Whipple, no issues (besides VMP's tune at first. Thats fixed now).

This weekend is the engine swap, so I'll be able to push the Whipple a bit harder! woot.
You don't waste any time do you? I'm spending my engine swap on this. Another American stallion!

It's allready been modified to go faster and sound meaner. Costing me as much as the whipple. I should have it Sunday. Gas prices have caused me to put off the forged motor, but it will happen eventually.

I have 11,000 miles on my whipple and no problems. My oil still looks clean and clear.
