Little bit off topic, but one person I talked to said the Rouch S/C was a POS. He has a Saleen S/C on his 06 stang.

I wouldn't say it's a POS, it's just limited on how much power it can put out. A Whipple or KB owner could say the Saleen is a POS since it's said it will max out around 600rwhp.

Well as a whipple owner I have no complaints on the Saleen S/C or the new Roush TVS S/C that is capable of 700 HP. Many are satisfied with the Saleen but I have to agree with scramblr that we (whipple and KB owners) razz the other guys. Its all in good fun and if its not just PM me with a link to the thread and I can remove it I know a particular KB owner that always spells whipple as whimple......hurts my feelings every time[&o] NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To each his own!

He knows he's just jealous that his kit didn't come with a real fuel system upgrade...

Only until it's compared to a 2.8 liter kenne bell or 3.4 liter whipple. There's a reason the 725HP super snake uses a twin screw instead on the TVS used on the 600HP version...

But that's not a fair comparison since those are larger blowers. Plus I'm mainly talking about the new one vs old and that having an eaton is not a bad thing.

If roush made a bigger one comparable to the KB, I'm 100% sure Ford would have chose that (for proven reliability of eaton). Notice how the KB super snake option does not have warranty. I'm sure it would have if they could have used eaton.

i have a feeling the no warranty part is more so that with that much hp you are going to break some thing sooner than later. i am sure ford doesn't wanna replace engines and tranny etc left and right at that power lvl.
