NEW TO FORUMS- BROKEN SPARK PLUG QUESTION

RE: NEW TO FORUMS- BROKEN SPARK PLUG QUESTION
I don't have any advice for removing the broken plug, but I would like to add that I've removed all my plugs several times and never had a problem. I removed the stock plugs at 12k miles when doing the supercharger. I removed the HTO plugs 2,000 miles later just to look at the condition. All this was done before i even heard about the broken plug problem, so I didn't spray anything into anywhere and I smeared antiseize all over the threads when i reinstalled them.
Just thought I'd add that since all you ever hear about is how these plugs break.

Alright as of rgiht now I cannot remove the porcelain piece that is stuck in the ground shield. Does anyone have some advise on how to remove the porcelain? I think once I get the porcelain out the groud shield will be easy. I ve tried sticking a welding rod with some jb weld on the tip let cure and pull, but no luck it cant seem to get a good bite. PLEASE HELP

Man, I am sorry to hear this. I feel your pain, I had 6 of 8 break (38K miles on the clock). Good luck. What plugs are you going back with? Don't forget the nickel anti-seize (keep it off the firing end and threads, just a thin coat on the ground electrode shield).

Sounds like you were doing something wrong. Did you follow thw TSB?

Really? I followed the TSB WORD FOR WORD. The second plug snapped. I had the car trucked to the dealer, where the Ford trained technicianbroke 5 more. No, I didn't do anything wrong.

RE: NEW TO FORUMS- BROKEN SPARK PLUG QUESTION
You need to read my thread on this subject. I broke one sparkplug. I had the same problem where the ceramic portion didn't come out. I used a coat hanger with JB weld to get the ceramic core out. You have to shove the wire down through the insulator and once it cures jack it out with a crowbar. It took quite a bit of force for mine to come out.
