They are illegal in every state. You aren't allowed to alter the cats for emission purposes (federal law). You don't have to get a new car tested for 6 years in cali though.

what state are you in sevenleaf? even backward a** tn you have to pass emmisions once a yr in some counties and in others you dont. bs if you ask me. mississippi has one every 2 yrs i think. i need to find one of these states to move too.

JBA, that explains the high hp and tq numbers. I had my car dynoed by JBA about 7 mths ago. With just Steeda UDP I was making 291 RWHP and 299 RWTQ. The biggest thing that caught my attention was the A/F. According to their dyno, I my A/F was 10.6.
