There you go, for all the haters! [:'(] So, should I change where I have my shift points now?

No ones hating we are just stating what we know. 297rwhp out of an auto is roughly 363bhp. Most here are lucky to see that with full bolt-ons. You must have gotten one hell of a factory freak. All you have is a K&N with bamachips tune. I don't think anyone on herehas gotten over 285rwhp out of an auto with a CAI/tune only.

Did you tell the shop you had 3.73's?

HAHAHA I was just kidding, I know no one is hating, everyone on here is out for the same thing, MORE POWER AND TORQUE! I appreciateeveryone's input. Yep, besides the axle backs and gears I just have the tune and intake. I'm thinking the fact that I just cleaned my filter last week might have something to do with it....Letting it breath a little better?...

Does anyone know about changing shift points on an Auto?? Should I set it up to shift around the crossover between the TQ and HP curves?

I wouldnt touch the shift points... Bama tunes generally are known for how wellthe automatic shifts... I would never think of changing my shift points to alter what Doug did... And those numbers are very nice for the mods. Like everyone else though, they do seem high, but I believe it...

I had Doug change my shift points from 5900 rpm to 6200 rpm.
I like it better and it also lowered my 1320.

JBA uses a Dynodynamics, which I believe gives you a 5-10% higher numbers than a dynojet. For a more accurate reading, try the Dynoshop in Santee or Dynomite tunining off of Miramar road.
