Idle I haven't a clue if this is bad
Well mods are below on sig, but question is my idle is at 850 rpms wondering should i use my sct to raise it?
My engine sounds like she is stuggling not to stall >_> and it scares me been going on for a while but yea its hitting me it might harm something internalily.

Thats a petty high idle actually, mine idles at 650. What octane are you using? When was the last time you cleaned your air filter? Have you been good about regular maintenance?

Should be fine at 850RPM I think stock is around there or a little lower. Your timing could be off. I'd e-mail brent and see what he says before you mess with it. Otherwise by adjusting the IDLE you're not addressing the problem, just making a band-aid solution.

What do you use to clean yours? A throttle body cleaner?

I just had to replace my Throttle Position Sensor for a similar issue. The is a new part just released for the 09MY that works on ours. Not sure why the change but it fixed my idling problem. See my thread a couple before yours for more details.
By the way. A TPS is $80 at the dealer and takes all of 10min to put in. Be careful with the torx bit screws to not break them. Use a 1/4 drive ratchet to reduce your torque effort.
