Default Almost done...

I actually would have been finished already but then I got all stupid and decided to add the Nitrous. A couple quick pics of the Nytrex kit install over the last couple days.

Very close now. The custom 3" exhaust on this thing is flat out STUPID. I'm honestly a little scared how loud this SOB is going to be.

Good times ahead...good times...

What's that little filter for in front of the engine on pic 1?

I like the paint job on your uhhh "air tube." I can't recall what that part is called right now for some reason.

Intake tube...lol The whole car is themed as such.

The 'filter' you see in the middle is my interpretation of the best 'catch can' set-up. After a lot of research, I wanted the best of both worlds. It is a Moroso dry sump breather can that I had polished. I ran the lines to the driver and passenger side. It operates as a 'catch can' yet gives me the breather. So, short and sweet, it's a catch can / breather set-up.

The pics are nowhere near showing off this car. I am blown away by the workmanship of GAS. After I do the mag shoot next week, I'll be able to show pics of everything. The trunk and interior or a work of art...

The functional air ducts are pretty nice too...

Intake tube...DAMN IT OF COURSE. LOL. I just got in from work and the gym so my brain is shot.

That's a cool idea for that catch can doo-hickey.

IMO - yes. I like a breather the best and switched from the catch can to straight breathers. However, I did get some oil (especially passenger side) and I didn't like the mess or headache of not getting the residue completely out. I want the system to breath but I want to catch any residue as well. This is the can I used and just had it polished...

I'm not really worried about it. I'll deal with it if it comes up but I don't see a problem. I've already put over 700 to the tires without a single issue and I'm just adding 3 lbs of boost & the nitrous now. My trans (AOD) has a lot to do with it and I don't get the powershift kickback that is notorious for plaguing some guys.

I'm confident with my belt system and have back-up plans if it becomes an issue so I'll just have to wait and see but I'm not really worried.

I'm more worried about how to hook up the torque off the line and at the 100' mark when the gas kicks in...[]lol
