The CAI only puts more air into your motor. When I was at the ford dealer last week we measured the air incoming with the CAI on, it gave 25% more air then the car normaly is tuned with, so I got a "check engine" light with the normal tune. When I reloaded the brenspeed tune the computer felt 0% difference in air/fuel ratio, as it should be.
But I have to say that I dont feel any difference at all when I got my CAI+tune, still dosent notice anything if I reload the stock tune. Im just hoping that I will notice anything with the stage 3 Saleen S/C kit from brenspeed
I have the Steeda CAI with the Saleen S/C inlet tube + brenspeed tune btw.

nuke, or you can shift earlier too haha.. i heard auto ppl talking about setting their shift to 5900.. it would prob be a little diff for stick though right? if i'm not mistaken, auto is 6 gears where as manual is 5.. so ideal shift points would be a little diff? correct me if i'm wrong i'm just making a bunch of assumptions lol
