i took the pic after i drove back from the shop. 25 miles in about 10 mph traffic, took me almost an hour and a half to get home, i think it was hot so it was looking higher than usual.

I still have the chirp on start up when cold but it goes away before the RPMs come back down to idle (about 15-20 seconds at most). Looks like tensioner and 8 rib belt kit in the future!

i have the thump_rrr tensioner and have the same thing happen. mine will last for a couple minutes. im thinking its one of the idler pulleys, the adjustable pulley or the factory groved pulley on the bottom of the engine, driver side... maybe its the pulley on the thump_rrr tensioner... so many pulleys, so few dollars for new ones...
