Hey everyone, On saturday I installed a Steeda CAI and predator tune in my 05 convert and I swear the exhaust note is louder. I know I'm not going crazy. My brother-in law who helped me with the install states that back in the muscle car day, when they remove or flipped the air cleaner housing over they got the same result. I'm pretty intelligent, but I can't figure this out. Has anyone else noticed this? Does anyone have a logical explanation? Thanks!

That's easy too explain... as I recall, it usually takes a 12-pack to install a CAI, and that combination results in a louder exhaust note. Simple!
