Im runing low-mid 11s consistently and havent had any issues with breaking things at all. I have stock suspension too. I think if I push it to 10.90s then my car may fall apart. Right now I can turn the key, drive 40 miles to the track and crack off a 11.20-11.40 and drive home.

^^^^^ stock suspension? What kind of wheel and tire set up do you drag with? You could easily get into the 10s with 1k in suspension mods I would think.
