Ok, I am 6er owner and I am upgrading to the 8.8. I am getting it off of a local junk yard. I am not sure of the year of the car because it hasnt even gotten here yet. I know its an automatic and that is about it. So I need to know how to tell if the rear it has in it has the Tlock and ABS, basically any distinquishing characteristics that tells me that it already has the Tlock and ABS.

If you floor it and leave 2 black marks, its a T-Loc.

Well I know that, I was wanting to know if they had Tlocks from the factory. Anyways, they guy who I was buying it from said it was and 8.8 but it was just a 7.5. So I guess my best option would be just to build my 7.5 with something like an Aburn Posi of some type. I would save enough on shipping costs to have the new stronger differential put in and still have saved money.
