Well I got the Pypes H for 115 shipped, off of the forums here.. which was an extremely good deal considering Brenspeed is 155ish shipped.

Yea, I was planning on having them check fitment before welding like you said but good advice indeed

Eh ive had both pypes H and X with the same mufflers & stock manifolds. I couldnt tell a difference between either as far as power. Maybe a little more pull on the top end over the factory piece. The H pipe had a better sound IMO.

Now I run long tubes w/ H-pipe. Deffinetly satisfied

The stingers and offroad H will trumpet like a monster. I hated that sound, so I sold the H the next day.

It's a resonance that occurs usually in two distinct rpm ranges when accelerating from a stop and sounds like someone blowing a trumpet under your car.

It sounds like..

mmmmmmmmmmwwwwwwwwwwWWWWWWOOOOOWWWWWwwwwwmmmmmmmmm

And then again...

mmmmmmmmmmwwwwwwwwwwWWWWWWOOOOOWWWWWwwwwwmmmmmmmmm

I can post a vid when I get home and can get to youtube.

Here's the trumpeting vid.

Listen to the blaring sound at 8sec and 9sec. It's much louder in person, and you're not going that fast at all.

I dunno sounds pretty good too me except for the static on that camera... ugh.

Those aren't Stingers in the vid right, SLP II? I guess I'll have to wait and see either way I got a good deal on the H and I don't mind loud, I'd rather listen to the engine roar than the radio

That's not engine roar. It's a terrible sound.

I dunno I guess I'll have to see;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqEzyr_bF3A&NR=1 doesn't sound too bad; and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0Pzr...eature=related

I would currently be setup #2 in that vid and hope to sound like setup #3 :O
