Default Question about a X pipe

ok i want to get a X pipe to go with me Mac A/B i heard a video of them on a other post thay sound good, but if i went with a catted X that kelp the CATALYTI converter on would it still make my car louder? or do i need to go with a Off road to see a big impovement in sound? Also if i go with a catted X and CATALYTI will the check engine light come on? and with a off road X i know the check engine light will come on how can i make it turn off?

if you went with race cats, it would be louder and flow bettter than stock cats. if you went with a o/r set up, it would be loud, and you wouold get the best performance gain. If you buy an sct, or whatever hand held tuner you prefer, the ability to turn of the rear cats would be at you disposal, and you would not get the dreaded light.

or if you dont want the tuner (but I prefer you buy one) then you could also buy mil eliminators from I believe brenspeed.com

how much louder is the off raod compared to the high flow catted X? and who make high flow catted X pipes?

if i get http://www.brenspeed.com/bx46053.html hwo easy is it to slide the cats in there? also will i pass inspection with the cats in there and how easy is it to take out and put in?

The car should pass inspection with the cats, and it should be pretty easy to convert back and forth. Just loosen up the clamps on the end of the x, and the flange bolts. You should be good after that.
