Maybe someday those instructions which are lacking will be updated or someone will do a how to guide w/illustrations. Your experience kinda confirms my suspicions. Not being experienced with working on cars I would not attempt an install like this on my own with just the manual to guide me.

Kit was $5175, but I was able to get it before the big price hike. Hopefully Whipple will re-think that with what the market has done. I think they are going to have to.
Anyway, only other money I spent was the Thump RRR tensioner, and I got that used for about $220 I think.
No gauges, no dyno, just the programming that Whipple did to the computer for me. I want to get on the dyno, but it will be a little while. I took such a hit on the market these last couple of weeks, honestly, I am broke! I'm lucky I ordered the kit 6 weeks ago, if I had to now, I would not be able to.
Oh, lastly, I have no other mods, except a Bullitt grill. Otherwise, all stock.

very nice! How does th whine sound?? like the cobra or louder?? Man I love roots type blowers, sounds so sick. Make sure you dont get any pinging, congratz on a awesome wild horse.

Congratulations Cobra, let the fun begin.
Keep us posted the next few weeks on how things go. I ended up having to replace my cops after the install b/c of, what I reckon was spark blowout. The Granatelli's fixed it.
