You got Whipple's new kit that comes with the 12psi pulley and a revised tune. Lethal Performance had a post on this a couple weeks ago. Its supposed to put down about 495rwhp. I wouldn't worry too much about it as Whipple is confident your engine's gonna holdup.

Hell, I made 497rwhp on 10lbs with 12 deg. of timing

So I think he is going to make alot more than that. Unless whipple tune is crap.

But every car is different

Does that $300 include the dyno time? I would still need a programmer to interface to the car, right?

Where in Houston is he? I've been talking to Fastlane in NW Houston.

Look at PSI they do great work..

You will need a SCT tuner... $300 takes care of the dyno time.

That sounds off to me... What else have you done to your car? 12 deg of timing at 10psi putting 500rwhp? not even the mammoth can do that and people have tried.

Yeah the whipple tune isn't made to extract all the hp thats avalible. Its just a safe tune that makes decent power. Theres a guy in my town that dynoed 423rwhp with a manual. I've not been to the dyno yet, but i feel like i'm on the low hp whipple list also. When i had the stock pirelli's it would hardly spin 1st gear and 2nd gear would just hook. I'm hoping when i get VMP's tune i'll be close to 500rwhp.
