A couple of opinionated questions...
Just a couple questions for yall. Just upgraded from an 03 gt to an 06 gt, and am getting ready to begin the upgrade process. First two things i will do are intake and exhaust, which brings me to my two questions...
I'm torn between two exhaust systems, and i just want some people's opinions before i spend the money... Either a full bassani setup with longtubes, an o/r x-pipe, and obviously a catback, or kooks longtubes with a kooks o/r x-pipe and some undecided catback.
The next decision is the intake... I'm thinking jlt cai. i really like the shaker hood setup, but im not sure if its $800 worth of awesomeness. anyone with a shaker setup wanna give some insight? i will spend the money if it is worth it, but if the only benefit is purely aesthetic, then im just going with the cai and save my money for the super shaker.
Thanks!!!!

On the CAI +1 dont buy a JLT. If you know you want the saleen get the Steeda CAI as you can reuse it with the saleen.
On the exhaust front I would get the ARH's with an H pipe but that is just me. And from alot I have read you can get either 1 3/4 or 1 5/8 headers.
I dont want to qoute the wrong people but I believe it is JDM who says if you dont plan on going over 550-600rwhp you are better to stay with the 1 5/8's. No gain in using the 3/4's but some swear it is better for S/C's. Just something to look into.
