There is only just a little bit of drone with the GTA's. But this is coming from me, a guy who would here drone in stock mufflers as well. The drone in GTA's sounds more like slightly louder exhaust noise. It does not bother me at all. Whereas, I knew the 1st time I drove down the highway in my Stingers that I was going to have to get rid of them.
The GTA's have a moderate growl that the stock mufflers lack. But they aren't as sexy as the Stingers.

Loudmouths are the cheap way to sound loud. I know for a fact with SLP loudmouths when you mash it they produce a horrible sound. If your broke put your stock mufflers back on; if you got cash and you dont live in a smog zone, then you need American Racing long tube catless headers followed by a Magnaflow x pipe and 3" to Magnas once again.

ya F/I makes the exhaust louder but why not just stay low rpm untill your out of your neighborhood? Hate to break it to you but flows and borlas are louder then the SLP at cold start and idle, so your neighbors are gona be more pissed at u then they were before.
I had slp with a o/r x and at idle the car was way quiter then when I had my macs with stock cats even.
part of your problem can be solved easily just by driving normal out of your neighborhood lol, they dont get that loud untill 3 grand and that was with a o/r x so I dont see how they can be that loud with cats.

yeah to D large, your entitled to your opinion but it's a ****ty one. SLP's are pretty badass. It's a straight pipe. Sounds like nascar... hahah
My problem is I live in San Diego CA and you all know how CA cops are. When I open my car up, they can hear me coming from a mile away. Not Good.....
