Charging system error due to Steeda UDP's? Help!
Hey Guys,
I had the following mods installed about 5 weeks ago:
Steeds UDP's
Borla LT Headers
Cat-back Exhaust (With tune from Brenspeed)
The car stalled once while i was driving normally, i was driving very slow, around 30-40km/h, so after my speed decreased a little i just yanked the e-brake. I put the car in park, and fired her up, it started as if there was nothing wrong.
While i was loading my tune a few days after "Check Charging system" appeared on my display. My mechanic says it's probably because of my UDP, is this possible, what can i do to fix this?

They say all sorts of odd things when you upload a tune. I've also had a few new tunes that started out really rough for the first couple minutes. Has it only ever stalled that one time or is it doing it all the time?

Brenspeed informed me that i did not need a retune for my UDP's.
It has only happened once, but it happened in traffic while rolling, it could have gotten pretty ugly if i had been driving a bit faster, thank god it didnt.
I was only going aroud 30km/u,..and rolling (not pressing the gas) when it happened, didnt notice it until i pressed the throttle and it didnt react.

They're correct. You don't need to re-tune for pulleys. If it ever happens again, don't bother stopping just pop into neutral and restart it. Seeing that it only happened once though, it sounds like a fluke thing....
