Default am I missing a mid-pipe hanger bracket?

This is not my car, but look at the right edge of the picture. You'll see a hanger from the midpipe sticking through a rubber ring that holds the hanger.

I don't have that. I noticed this when my bassani catted X-pipe had hangers that I didn't have rings to stick them through. Am I missing something?

My car is an '08 GT. The car in the pic above is an '07.

I think Ford determined those hangers could be a source for a rattle in the dash so they no longer use them. There is also a TSB that recommends they be cut off of 05 and up Mustangs that have the dash rattle. I read that the hangers were only used to ease assembly at the factory.
