Motorcraft is not conventional as far as I know. It's a syntetic blend oil, it even says that on the bottle

I'm not aware of any convential 5w20, as far as I was aware 5w20 is a blend no matter what brand.

You've peaked my curiosity, why do you ask?

Valvoline makes a conventional 5W20.
I'm sure other companies do as well since it is becoming the recommended oil for more and more newer cars.

And no, I dont use it. Only synthetic goes in my engines.

dont use a conventional oil

the mod motor was designed to run a semi-blend, a full syn is fine but no conventionals

I just did an oil change today with Mobil1 5w20. The price went up since the last oil change. It's now $6.99/quart. Eek! Oh well, nothing but the best for my engine.

that's what I'm using on mine too. once in a while they get a "oil change special" in auto zone so i usually get it for less than that. but to the OP, it's not recommended to use conventional on our cars AND they don't recommend downgrading anyway. in other words if you been using syntetic, you're supposed to stick with it. if you still decide to downgrade make sure to flush the engine with tranny fluid. you'll be surprised how much crap will come out with it.
